Trim the Carolinas is a family owned, interior trim company located in Fort Mill, SC that has been in business for more than ten years. We service all of Fort Mill and surrounding areas and work with several local builders. We are the company to meet any of your interior door, decorative millwork, and stair rail needs. We offer a variety of services from supplying material for a DIY job to full installation. Trim the Carolinas has competitive pricing and gives free estimates on any job. There is no size limit on the amount of material we can provide.

Our Services

Casing

We can add or replace any door or casing issue you may have as well as add or replace any window sill or casing around windows that may be damaged. We can also add casing around the entire window.

Baseboard

Offering several sizes of baseboard from 3 1/4" to 7 1/4" if you are looking to replace damaged material or just upgrade size from what you originally have.

Crown Moulding

Add anywhere from one piece crown to three piece crown in any room in sizes varying from 3 5/8" to 5 1/16".

Railing

We offer chair rail, shadow boxing and stair railing sets. Add one or two piece chair rail in any room in sizes from 2 5/8" to 3 1/2". We can also add shadow boxing below chair rail. From wood balusters to wrought iron, we can add a stair rail set of your choice. We can remove any knee walls if necessary or remove old stair rail systems and put in new or different material.

Nancy and the entire team at TTC are amazing! They were so detailed, professional, helpful, courteous and friendly throughout the entire process. They were extremely fast in both quoting the project and coming to do the work. The crew did a fantastic job with the install and made sure to get my approval every step of the way with the design. I highly recommend this whole team. Nancy at the office is so wonderful & helpful! The crew was on time, collaborative, efficient and friendly for my stairway board & batten accent walls. They ran everything by me before installing every step of the way. They also put some WD40 on my squeaky front door haha! They were fun to have around and non-disruptive while I worked from home. They cleaned up beautifully and professionally. Thank you so much, I love it!!

Trim The Carolinas did a phenomenal job ... 4 carpenters showed up and installed chair rail and picture molding in the dining and living room and then shiplap in the bathroom. They were professional and efficient craftsmen. They assisted with design and layout which is so important with a project like this one. Nancy in the office was so communicative and efficient, I wish every business was this well run not only with work, but with the estimating and payment methods. AMAZING WORK - GREAT TO WORK WITH! Cleaning up and completing the work was great. The whole time working they complied with CDC regulations and totally professional. Everything was fabulous. Very polite and quiet no music blaring and asked us all along the way if they needed to improve anything. They came fully prepared. They whole business was polite and professional. They also worked around other contractors who were working on other items in home they were able to keep their work going and just did a wonderful job.
